MALLORIE'S .
MUSICAL .
JOURNEY
Songwriter. Singer. Producer. Performer.
Mallorie Cordova's start to music creation began much like that of Taylor Swift's formative years. When Mallorie was 8 years old she was gifted her first guitar, which she named BlueJay. Days later, she wrote her very first song. As she grew, she continued to improve her craft. Writing songs about challenging friendships, first loves, awkward crushes, and more. She went on to perform these songs into her teen years for school talent shows, open mic nights, and singing competitions. Now as an adult, she has developed a skill for digital creation, as well as mixing and mastering her own tracks. When people hear music, its typically created through many peers that have their role in the creation process. But with Mallorie, she does it all. She writes the lyrics, creates the music, records it from her home, and produces it all independently. That is a craft not many choose to, or are able to, pursue. Now that her skills have neared their full maturity, she is taking on her musical career in full force; Releasing albums and singles all year long, and building her list of live performances.
